ADELAIDE (Web Desk) – Pakistan cricket team captain Misbah-ul-Haq on Tuesday said Muhammad Irfan is our unique bowler and losing him at this critical stage of the world cup is huge set back to the team.
The Pakistani skipper, while talking to media persons, said it is tough situation for the team as we lost Irfan in a time we have no Saeed Ajmal, Umar Gul or Junaid Khan. “It’s a worrying sign for a captain but we have to find a way to handle this.”
Earlier Pakistan’s seven feet tall pace Muhammad Irfan was announced to be out of the ongoing mega event due to hip injury. The pacer was replaced by Ehsan Adil in the match against Ireland for the same reason.
