Malaysian Pm Anwar Ibrahim Due In Pakistan Today

ISLAMABAD – Malaysian Prime Minister Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim is set to visit Pakistan today on three-day visit at invitation of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.

PM Ibrahim will arrive with high-level delegation, which includes ministers and senior officials, this visit aims to bolster the strong bilateral ties between Islamabad and Kuala Lumpur.

During his stay, Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim is scheduled to hold key discussions with PM Shehbaz Sharif, focusing on a wide-ranging agenda designed to enhance cooperation in several key areas. Topics on the table include trade, connectivity, energy, agriculture, the halal industry, tourism, cultural exchanges, and people-to-people contacts. Two sides will also engage in talks regarding important regional and global issues.

Pakistan and Malaysia share rich history rooted in cultural and faith-based connections, making this visit a significant opportunity to strengthen their longstanding relationship. Both countries are looking to explore new avenues for collaboration and mutual benefit.
