MULTAN – At least nine people were killed in an armed clash between two groups in Jalalpur Pirwala, a city about 90 km towards south from Multan city on Wednesday.
According to police sources, during the armed clash, eight people have also been injured.
The injured and the deceased have been shifted to the district headquarters hospital for medical attention.
Police and rescue officials arrived at the crime scene and launched an investigation into the matter.
The reason behind the incident is yet to ascertain.
