DIR (Web Desk) – Voting for the by-elections in PK-95 constituency is underway in the Lower Dir district of Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa provice of Pakistan, local media reported.
A huge number of male voters has turned out to cast their vote in the by-polls which is mainly being contested between Jamaat-e-Islami’s candidate Aizaz-ul-Mulk and Awami National Party’s Haji Bahadur.
Total number of registered voters in the constituency is 140,743.
Out of the 85 polling stations in the constituency, only one of them is for women.
Strict security measures have been put in place while 33 polling stations have been declared sensitive.
