PTI to persue child sex abuse scandal in parliament

ISLAMABAD (Staff Report) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan on Saturday announced to raise the Kasur’s child sex abuse scandal in the parliament while terming it display of extreme insensitivity.

Imran Khan, in a statement at micro blogging website twitter, said that all those responsible for child abuse must be held accountable in the court of law. “Local politicians and police officials have been involved in silencing the protesters and we condemn this act of child abuse and police complicity,” Khan tweeted.

PTI chief went on to say if we cannot protect our children and police authorities instead protect the perpetrators of child abuse, then we are becoming an inhumane and depraved society.

Earlier a media report disclosed Pakistan’s largest child pornography ring in district Kasur, in which 400 videos are said to have been produced featuring more than 280 children being sexually exploited.
