LAHORE- Recent picture of guitarist Salman Ahmed and singer Ali Azmat were generating many rumors on several social media platforms regarding the reunion of the Junoon band. Yesterday, Ali clarified that “it’s not true”.

Having a talk with a local newspaper the ‘Sayonee’ singer made it clear that the reports were incorrect.
Previously, some media persons claimed that Junoon will be reuniting for the upcoming season of Pepsi Battle of the Bands but it was not true. That news had made the fans excited and they were waiting for a new music from reunited Junoon band.
Apart from the split, The both artist have a friendly relation and Ali shared a photo with Salman Ahmed on his official Facebook page, who was the lead guitarist of the band, and the photo got fans excited. Ali wrote: “Meet up after thirteen years with #SufiSal and friends at Iftar in Lahore. “
Junoon was Pakistan’s one of the most famous and top rock band of the 90s. Their songs are still enjoyed listening and are favorite of many.
