NEW DELHI – The captain of Indian cricket team, and the newly wed star Virat Kohli strongly condemned Zaira Wasim’s harassment in a video message.
The video that Virat posted on his social media called the act cowardly and questioned how people can let things like these slide.
Virat asked the people one simple question that what if the incident happened to one of their family members. He also said that such people ‘aren’t men’.
Virat said that: “I am ashamed to be a part of such a society.” He also went on to say that people supporting such things are also horrible and men thinking that women wearing ‘short dresses’ gives them right to harass them is absolutely disgusting.
