Kate Upton came forward to claim how co-founder of Guess was yet another predator, four months ago. Kate Upton explained how he sexually harassed her. The company now has announced that Paul Marciano will be stepping down from his post. Four month long investigation found Marciano guilty, “exercised poor judgement in his communication with modes and photographers and placing himself in situations in which plausible allegations of improper conduct could, and did, arise” a statement explained.

Kate Upton took over twitter to express her #metoo experience. She hinted in her tweet the inappropriate behavior of executive chairman of Guess, Marciano. She wrote;

“It's disappointing that such iconic women’s brand @Guess is still empowering Paul Marciano as their creative director #metoo.”In an interview to Times she explained that Marciano groped her and kissed her while she shot an ad campaign for the brand in 2010. Marciano is now replaced by his brother Maurice Marciano, Paul will remain on the board until January 2019 and will continue to receive his salary.
