Alok Nath, Babbu Jee of the Industry is talk of the discussions nowadays as he was accused of raping writer and producer Vinta Nanda almost 20 years ago. However in response to this whole pressure from people and media his response was to take this issue to court. He has filed defamation lawsuit against Nanda this Friday.
His wife Ashu Nath has asked the police to investigate the accusations made by Nanda of rape. The petition will seek open investigation under the act of criminal procedure code 155 and minus 499, 500, 34 and 14 of the penal court.
Nanda took over Facebook to talk about her ordeal with this veteran actor of Bollywood. “I was not raped. I was taken to my home and brutalized.” She explained how this was done by the most ‘sanskari’ person from the Bollywood.
