MANDI BAHAUDDIN (Web Desk) – Gas leakage claimed the life of a couple on their wedding night.
According to police, 35-year-old Shahbaz and his 30-year-old wife Farzana, who got married on Independence Day, were died due to gas suffocation from a power generator in Kuthiala Syedan area of Mandi Bahauddin.
The generator was located inside the room due to threatening rain outside, a relative said.
Later on the incident joy filled house becomes a mourning forum.
Bodies of the victims were shifted to the district hospital while police have launched the investigation into the incident.
