PORT HARCOURT – A woman in Nigeria has reportedly given birth to a goat after a two-year pregnancy.
Nigerian media has claimed that the woman, who was unnamed in the coverage, went to a free medical treatment clinic set up by a local pastor.
Footage, which is getting viral on social media, shows an infant animal figure smothered in blood laying on the floor in the city of Port Harcourt in Nigeria, whilst she is keeled over and is kneeling on the floor leaning on a plastic chair.
Crowds gathered to watch with local media reporting an infant goat-like animal covered in a pool of blood on the concrete floor.
The incident was first reported on social media, before being picked up in the country’s regional news websites including Nigeria Today, the Daily Post and the Herald.
