LOS ANGELES – A 26-year-old man has been charged with felony counts of stalking, burglary and vandalism, and a misdemeanor count of resisting arrest after he broke into the house of a singer-rapper, officials said.
Rihanna’s assistant alerted cops about Eduardo Leon, a resident of Fullerton, who had apparently climbed the fence and broke into Rihanna’s lavish estate.
If convicted, Leon faces a possible maximum sentence of six years in state prison for his invasion on the 9th of May. The case remains under investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department.
He got tased and arrested Thursday morning while making himself at home by charging his phone and unpacking his belongings.
The security system was disabled by Leon, which estimated to cause heavy damage to the property.
