Jordan’s family migrated to the UK when he was only four years old, but he came back to the motherland for schooling, and has spent most of his formative years abroad.

While talking to a local newspaper Amir shared that he developed an interest in wrestling because of his grandmother and he said that,“I became a fan of pro-wrestling because of my grandmother. She didn’t understand what they talked about because of the language barrier but appreciated the performances. I think this is how I realized the beauty of wrestling.”

Furthermore, he added,“It doesn’t matter what language you speak. This art form has its own universal language so people connect with it all over.”

Before wrestling, Amir was working as a banker, but he decided to follow his passion and  said, “I didn’t want to spend life on an office desk.” He then trained under one of the most respected names in the industry, a veteran wrestler himself Lance Storm and Marty Jones.
