There is mounting speculation that Linkin Park’s singer Chester Bennington will be buried beside his good friend, Chris Cornell, at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery.
An international media platform claimed that the plot next to Chris Cornell is available, and may be taken by Linkin Park’s frontman Chester, following his tragic suicide last week.
Interestingly (and tragically), Chester’s death occurred on the birthday of his close friend Chris, who also died of an ‘apparent suicide’ two months earlier.
According to Linkin Park’s co-founder Mike Shinoda, Chester was hit incredibly hard by Chris’ death and couldn’t keep his composure during a recent soundcheck for a performance of their song ‘One More Light’, because it was a tribute to Chris Cornell.
Chester had even written a heart-breaking letter to Chris shortly after his death, in which he said that he ‘COULDN’T IMAGINE’ living in a world without the singer.
