Twitter is blowing up with #PakistanCitizenPortal now what is that you might be thinking, the new and more tech government has introduced an online portal which you can access via app to file complaints directly to the Prime Minister office. On play store it has a rating of 4.7 only after a few hours of launch.
According to the users they are facing a bit of issues with this app such as software issue due to which it is crashing, it is only available for android users and the biggest issue which is not everything on this app has an Urdu translation making it very specific. The app is quite user friendly which makes it more easy to use than the traditional complaint methods.
To register on this app all you need is your CNIC details and your mobile number. It is a good idea brought by the PTI government bringing a reform in the old methods of governance however there is a big question mark of the government is ready for massive number of complaints that too amidst economic and political crisis.
