Prithvi is the son of Kangana’s sister Rangoli who is married to businessman Ajay Chandel since 2011. They welcomed Prithvi last year in November.
Rangoli is also Kangana’s manager and at various times has spoken up for her. For instance, during the Hrithik Roshan scandal that Kangana faced, regarding an affair that Hrithik was not admitting to.
