LAHORE (Web Desk) – Benazir Income Support Programme Chairperson Marvi Memon has said that the programme is taking care of about 5.15 million deprived women.
“Efforts are being made to empower and educate women for development of the country,” she said while speaking at a function in Lahore.
“The BISP is one of the five biggest social security networks in the world. It will help alleviate poverty and ensure equity among all provinces and the government believes in promoting regional languages, which provide a binding force for national integration,” she said.
