ISLAMABAD – Senior judge of Supreme Court, Justice Amir Hani Muslim is going to retire on March 31 leaving behind a rich legacy.
Justice Hani is one of the courageous judges who had announced landmark verdicts to streamline the civil service structure of the country.
Hani is still hearing cases regarding illegal appointments in different departments, especially in the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
Justice Hani was appointed at the Sindh High Court in August 2002 and was among those judges, who refused to take oath under the Provisional Constitution Order (PCO) of November 2007. He was appointed as judge in Supreme Court in February 2011.
