LAHORE – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) will hold a rally in Sheikhupura today (Sunday). PTI chief Imran Khan is expected to address the rally, being held in a hockey stadium, in the evening.
The party has been holding rallies across Punjab and Sindh in a bid to galvanise supporters for the general elections as well as to put pressure on the ruling party in light of its legal and political troubles.
Officials said that more than a 1,000 police personnel have been deployed to cover the event.
