LAHORE (Web Desk) – Justice Mahmood Maqbool Bajwa of the LHC will take up on Thursday (today) a fresh bail petition filed by fashion model Ayyan Ali facing charges of money laundering.
Originally the petition was filed at the Rawalpindi bench through Khosa Law Chambers of former governor Sardar Latif Khosa. The petition was referred to registrar office at the principal seat here. The chief justice marked the petition to Justice Bajwa.
Justice Bajwa had heard an earlier bail petition of Ayyan at the Rawalpindi bench and dismissed it upholding the decision of a special customs court.
