Eid Miladun Nabi, a day dedicated to the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and his teachings, is celebrated every year.
The Prophet was believed to be born on the twelfth day of Rabi-ul-Awwal — which is the third month of the Islamic lunar calendar — in Makkah in 570 CE.
