An unfortunate incident befell Shah Rukh Khan on set during the shoot of his upcoming film opposite Anushka Sharma, a source revealed.

SRK recently began shooting for Aanand L. Rai’s film in Mumbai’s film city in which he essays the role of a dwarf.

According to media reports, a large portion of the ceiling collapsed during filming because of which two of the crew members received serious injuries and had to be immediately rushed to the hospital. However, to his luck, Shah Rukh didn’t get hurt and just narrowly escaped the wretched accident.

“A prop ladder fell on the makeshift ceiling. The injured crew members were discharged immediately since the injuries were minor. Everybody heaved a sigh of relief that SRK was seated on another side of the set and was unharmed. Shooting was stalled for two days and will resume later this week,” revealed Bollywood report.

The actor has previously been injured while shooting for Darr, Ra.One and Chennai Express, amongst many others.
