LAHORE – The owner of Peshawar Zalmi, Javed Afridi, has announced that the franchise will take top 100 electronics dealers to Dubai to witness the inaugural match of the third edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL), starting for February 22.
The opening match of the mega event will be played between defending champions Peshawar Zalmi and Multan Sultans on Feb 22.
“The PSL fever reaches its peak as the mega cricket event is fast approaching,” Afridi said at the Haier-Pakistan’s seminar on Friday.

The PSL schedule for the 2018 edition has been released. All PSL 3 matches will be played at 4 venues – Dubai, Sharjah, Lahore and Karachi, according to an announcement by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).

This will be the first ever edition of the PSL which will feature six teams instead of five, and each side will play each other twice. This will account for a total of 30 matches during the league stage of the competition that will last till Friday, March 16.
