KARACHI – A passenger died of cardiac arrest while flying through Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) on Tuesday.
PIA flight PK-784 was coming to Karachi from Toronto when a passenger died in the plane due to heart attack.
Abdul Sattar, 70, was provided first aid inside the plane upon feeling sick but his health further deteriorated and he passed away.
The spokesperson said that the passenger’s death was confirmed by a doctor present in the plane.
The national carrier has extended condolences to the family of deceased Abdul Sattar.
The body has been handed over to the heirs, the spokesman added.
