China to issue visas to Pakistani Commercial Importers on PCDMA s recommendation: Consul General

KARACHI – The Consul General of China in Pakistan has firmly assured that Pakistanis will be given every possible assistance in getting the visa of China on recommendation of PCDMA on priority basis.

In a meeting with Delegation, Lead by Chairman PCDMA Mr. Nasiruddin Fateh Kukda who visited China Consul General, the Chinese Consul General said that CPEC project will play a pivotal role in economic growth of Pakistan adding that after completion of CPEC project, not only Pakistan but whole region will benefit from it, increasing the employment.

He said that It will also give rise to tourism and open the gate to Uzbekistan and other Asian countries.

PCDMA Chairman Mr. Nasiruddin Fateh Kukda informed the difficulties faced by commercial importers in getting the visa, especially the problem faced by commercial importers who visited China first time.

“The problem faced by commercial importers in getting visa should be solved on urgent basis,” said Nasiruddin Fateh Kukda.

He said that the proposal of PCDMA for getting visa should be considered because Pakistan is importing 70% of its needs in Chemical and Dyes from China. “Maximum support should be given to Commercial Importers,” he added,

He further said that “we are taking efforts to increase bilateral trade between two countries,” adding that the friendship between two countries is very old and higher than Himalayas.

Nasiruddin also invited Chinese Consul General to Association to discuss the problem faced by members of PCDMA.

The meeting was attended by Vice Chairman Suhail Ashraf, Choudhary Naseer, Arif Balgamwala, Arif Lakhani, Shahid Bashir, Adam Makda and Mohammad Ishaq Wahid.
