LONDON – Prince William is set to take the responsibility of being the best man at his younger brother Prince Harry’s wedding to Meghan Markle.
Sources reveal that Prince Harry in a sweet gesture asked his brother to be the best man at the couple’s wedding.
In a statement earlier by Price Charles, the details of the wedding were revealed:
“His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales is delighted to announce the engagement of Prince Harry to Ms. Meghan Markle. The wedding will take place in Spring 2018. Further details about the wedding day will be announced in due course. His Royal Highness and Ms. Markle became engaged in London earlier this month. Prince Harry has informed Her Majesty The Queen and other close members of his family. Prince Harry has also sought and received the blessing of Ms. Markle’s parents. The couple will live in Nottingham Cottage at Kensington Palace.”
The venue for the wedding is set to be at St. George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle for a date in May 2018.
Prince Harry was the best man at Prince William’s wedding when he wed Kate Middleton in 2011. Kate’s sister, Pippa Middleton, served as the maid of honour.
