LAHORE – Pantene Hum Bridal Couture Week 2017 kicked off with a splash of colour, a dose of bling and a ramp full of new style inspiration for brides of modern age.
One of the highlights of the 3 day event was the emphasis on ban of child marriages. At the finale of the show by Ali Xeeshan, a child walked in uniform adorned in bridal jewellery with a strong message – putting a ban on child marriages.

In collaboration with ‘UN Women Pakistan’, Ali Xeeshan’s portrayal of the bitter reality faced by many young girls in Pakistan made a strong case to put an end to it.
