LAHORE (Online) – The Punjab government has decided to keep computerised record of Raiwind Tableeghi congregation participants in the wake of the prevailing law and order situation in the country.
According to sources, the biometric system will be installed at gates to keep the record of attendees. The decision has been taken in connection with the implementation of National Action Plan.
Thumb and finger impressions of the congregation participants will be taken at all entry points.
Surveillance of incoming traffic from Dera Ismail Khan, Bannu, South and North Waziristan and Quetta would be carried out through secret cameras.
