Politics is to serve the people rather standing on container and making nonsense comments: PM Nawaz

SHORKOT (Web Desk) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has once again slammed his arch rivals regarding their politics of confrontation, terming it a dirty politics.

The Premier while addressing the gathering after performing the ground-breaking of Shorkot-Khanewal Section of M-4 on Saturday took aim at his traditional rival Imran Khan without naming him.

“Politics means to serve the populace; it’s not to stand on container and making nonsense comments” he said.

“Their dirty politics have been rejected by the people of Independent Kashmir,” he added.

PM Nawaz maintained that the politics was not a one day or a test match but a serious kind thing and masses have rejected the politics of hatred.He vowed that load shedding would be eradicated from the country before 2018.

Nawaz Sharif expressed that international organizations were admitting the fact that Pakistan is making progress adding that we were working hard for future instead of next general elections.

Detailing about the M-4 project, the Prime Minister said the project will improve the country’s vital north-south road network and boost economic growth, create jobs and ensure regional connectivity.

The Motorway M-4 Faisalabad-Multan 240 kilometer is divided into four sections. Faisalabad-Gojra and Khanewal-Multan sections have already been completed, while work is underway on Gojra-Shorkot section. The estimated cost is around twenty-six billion Pakistani rupees.
