PESHAWAR (Staff Report) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chief Imran Khan on Friday appreciated ex-wife Reham Khan for becoming a voice of street children, while inaugurating the first Street Children Rehabilitation Centre in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Addressing the ceremony Imran Khan said that Reham Khan was the first person who spoke for these children and today KPK government has turned it into reality.
The KPK government will not only feed these children but also take measurements for their education from now onward, he added.
On the occasion he once again reiterated his commitment to make Pakistan a welfare state where every citizen would be treated equally.
The centre has a capacity to host up to 70 children and it will be further enhanced in near future.
