LAHORE – An accountability court in Lahore has extended the physical remand of Leader of the Opposition in the Punjab Assembly Hamza Shahbaz for 10 days in corruption cases on Wednesday.
According to media details, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) produced Hamza before accountability court judge Ameer Muhammad Khan in the courtroom upon expiration of his remand in assets beyond means and money laundering cases.
During the gearing, the NAB told the court that two more benami companies have been unearthed during an investigation into the corruption cases.
The NAB also presented details of financial assets owned by Hamza Shahbaz.
