With a set tradition of releasing the biggest blockbusters on Eid, this year’s festive occasion has turned out quite unlucky for our very own Salman Khan. Reviews of his flick Tubelight are just pouring in and making us wonder whatever he was thinking!
Tubelight’s plot revolves around the tale of two brothers, played by Salman Khan and Sohail Khan, and how their lives were torn apart by the 1962 Sino-India War.
Early reviews reveal that Salman has tried too hard to play the role of a child-man, Laxman Singh Bisht, giving an unconvincing performance that didn’t blend in with the rest of the elements in the movie.
Apparently, the war sequences in the movie failed to work their magic as well. Seems like the filmmaker hadn’t had much invested in them, resulting in low and poor quality screen output.
It is still not confirmed yet when Tubelight will see the light of the day in Pakistan.
