KARACHI – An 18-year-old girl was poisoned to death by his fiance and in-laws within the jurisdiction of Risala police here on Thursday.
Following the incident, the family member of the victim and residents of Ghas Mandi area besieged the police station and insisted on registration of the case.
On this, the police registered an FIR against Hamza, fiance of the girl and her in-laws and arrested the accused.
According to SP city Shehla Qureshi, the victim identified a Rukhsar was engaged with Hamza and she had gone to her sister’s home. We are checking how she met Hamza and how she was poisoned.
However, on the other hand, sources said: “she was invited for the meal by her in-laws where she was allegedly poisoned to death.”-Online
