ISLAMABAD – A delegation of six French companies made a three-day visit to Pakistan to explore investment opportunities in the South Asian country.
The visit was jointly organised by the Embassy of France in Pakistan and the Pakistan France Business Alliance on September 24 to 27.
The delegation led by the French Business Council, the largest French Chamber of Commerce in the Middle East, based in Dubai, visited Karachi and expressed their desire to invest in Pakistan.
“They met with the representatives from the French Embassy and the French Consulate General to better assess the opportunities offered by the Pakistani market”, says a press release issued here on Friday.
During their stay in the port city, They visited Gul Ahmed Group and Sanofi’s Plant. The Pakistan France Business Alliance shared its insight into the Pakistani business environment to the French Business delegation and organised a networking dinner with the Pakistani Business community.
B2B meetings were also organised during the visit, that will certainly contribute to the development of economic relations between France and Pakistan.
