BAGHDAD (Web Desk) – ISIS has issued detailed ruling on who and when ‘owners’ of women enslaved by the extremist group can have sex with them.
The ‘theologians’ affiliated with the terrorist group have issued an extremely detailed ruling on who and when “owners” of women enslaved by the extremist group can have sex with them, in an apparent bid to curb what they called violations in the treatment of captured females.
Islam completely forbids the slavery since a joint ruling by all major scholars earlier in the 20th century.
Among the so-called religious rulings are bans on a father and son having sex with the same female slave; and the owner of a mother and daughter having sex with both.
However, joint owners of a female captive are similarly enjoined from intercourse because she is viewed as “part of a joint ownership”. In simple words, according to ISIS’ interpretation of Sharia, this co-ownership is forbidden and equal to ‘threesome’ – a sexual activity that involves three individuals, however this concept is not extended to one ‘owner’ having sex with many slaves, which apparently is permissible.
The ruling was among a huge trove of documents captured by US Special Operations Forces during a raid targeting an IS terrorist leader in Syria in May.
The terrorist group, Islamic State in Syria and Levant (ISIS), systematically abduct and rape thousands of women and girls as young as 12, especially members of the Yazidi minority in northern Iraq.
Many are given to fighters as a reward or sold as sex slaves.
