ISLAMABAD – The federal government on Sunday increased petrol prices by up to Rs6 per litre for April.
The price of high-speed diesel was also increased by Rs6 per litre. The prices of light diesel and kerosene oil raised by Rs3 per litre each.
The price of high-speed diesel has been increased to Rs117.43, light diesel will cost Rs80.54 and kerosene oil will cost Rs89.31.
The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority had forwarded the summary on Friday.
OGRA had recommended an increase of Rs11.91 in petrol prices, Rs11.17 in high-speed diesel, Rs6.49 in light diesel, and Rs6.65 in kerosene oil.
The new price will be implemented from April 1 onwards.
