Besakhi festival starts at Gurdwara Sri Panja Sahib

LAHORE (Web Desk) – Three-day Besakhi Mela started at Gurdwara Sri Panja Sahib in Hasanabdal on Wednesday.

More than five thousand Sikh pilgrims including 2100 from India are participating in the event, Radio Pakistan reported.

The Indian Sikh pilgrims arrived by special trains to participate in the Mela.

The pilgrims during their three days stay in Pakistan will perform their religious rituals.
