Bugti tribesmen will fight against India, Shahzain Bugti destroys India s Balochistan dreams with one sentence

QUETTA – While Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday addressed to Pakistan “You cannot handle Balochistan and you talk about Kashmir,” the grandson of deceased Baloch leader Nawab Akbar Bugti, Shahzain Bugti, has announced that Bugti tribesmen will fight against India in the mountains of the Kashmir.

The president of Jamhoori Watan Party (JWP), while addressing press conference at Bugti House, said he and his fellow tribesmen were fully prepared to take on the fight against Indian troops ahead of Pakistan Army.

Shahzain said the Indian forces have been violating the basic rights of the defenceless Kashmiris and that the sacrifices of Kashmiris will not go in vain. “We are ready to face the ruthless Indian military in Kashmir.”

To a question about his cousin Brahamdagh Bugti’s move to seek political asylum in India, he said it was Brahamdagh’s personal decision.

On the occasion, he also criticised Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif for not making efforts to rehabilitate Bugti tribesmen. “Nawaz Sharif could have done much more,” he added.

The statement came as Indian Prime Minister Narendra has repeatedly been mentioning Balochistan as a disturbed part of Pakistan. At one point, he even said the people Balochistan have thanked him for raising the issue of Balochistan.

This is first time in last seven decades that a sitting Prime Minister of India has openly discussed Balochistan along with Kashmir dispute, while vowing to raise the issue globally.

Pakistan has long been accusing India of sponsoring terrorist activities in Pakistan, particularly in Balochistan. Recently, a serving official of Indian intelligence agency RAW, Kulbushan Yadev, was also detained by Pakistani authorities from Balochistan.

In his confessional statement, Yadev confessed to fanning the wave of separatism and other subversive activities in Balochistan. He is currently in custody of Pakistani intelligence agency ISI.
