Did Pakistan Army kill its own sons in APS? Outrageous claim spread by TTP, Baloch Liberation and MQM-Altaf social media accounts simultaneously

PESHAWAR – Outrageous claims regarding the attack on Army Public School Peshawar are now being made on social media that the carnage was allegedly orchestrated by Pakistan Army.

A slew of online accounts managed mostly by Tehreek-e-Taliban, Baloch Liberation and disgraced Muttahida Quami Movement are now claiming that Pak Army killed its own children inside Army Public School in Peshawar, in a bid to discredit the armed forces.

The campaign that is sure to be shot down by social media buffs also includes a confessional video by a former Pak Army official, now a member of Jamaat ul Ahrar who can be seen claiming that he was involved in killing children, at the behest of his superiors.

Mudassir Iqbal, claiming to be a former Army official in a short video claimed that Moulana Fazal Ullah was conveyed a message to launch an attack on APS Peshawar.

Iqbal, in his short video, alleged, without any proof that the attack was planned to barter detained soldiers of Pak Army with militant groups.

Despite lacking any solid argument or substantial proof for his diatribe, the sepoy alleged that a Major Jawad ordered his subordinates including him to kill the injured children.

He went on and claimed that the Pak Army had caught control of APS Peshawar within few hours but on the orders of superiors, the children were killed to show the negative side of Taliban and prove that Pak Army was backing them.

Although the video statement, that was posted to dent the credibility of armed forces was not taken seriously by online users, even then its wide sharing especially by pro Taliban and Jamaat ul Ahrar pages hints at the long-standing Indian-Afghan nexus.

The Indian-Afghan nexus, that is posing a threat to Pakistan is not something of a non-state type as Indian RAW and Afghanistan’s National Directorate of Security (NDS) are believed to be behind such propaganda.

Another thing that mars the credibility of this so called ‘confessional statement’ is that an FIR is making rounds on the internet that shows the same Pak Army defector accused of the murder of his love interest’s husband.

According to the FIR, Iqbal killed her husband, who worked as a gardener. The lady later moved police and named .

Moreover, the question is how a sepoy level officer could make such huge claims, along with JuA that is releasing information about recent attacks co-joined with US President Donald Trump’s Afghan policy.

As many as 300 attacks were described on Wednesday with the release of video and that certainly looks a coordinated assault to raise questions about Pakistan Army, that is surely one of the best forces in the world.
