Blac Chyna might be in huge trouble for allegedly abusing her assistant. Former assistant Lorena ‘Patty’ Hernandez was pronounced dead on Monday. Family of Hernandez is now planning to take her off life support. The tragic incident took place at Chyna’s Lashed Salon in January where Patty got a seizure.

Hernandez family is now prepping for a lawsuit against Chyna for abusing Patty. According to the family Chyna has not been supporting Patty’s three children as she claims on the internet. Chyna started a GoFundMe fundraiser through which she claimed to help the family. Everyone from her exes to the Kardashians donated Tyga reportedly donated $5000 and Kardashian’s donated 10,000.

According to a close source “Chyna has never been to the hospital, she was never there on the first day when they found her at lashed, but the only reason she came to the hospital was to tell the doctors and everyone not to give out any information.” Chyna tried reaching out to the family to negotiate but the family has declined all the offers by proceeding with lawsuit.
