Baaghi trending as the Number 1 drama being watched by Pakistanis on YouTube!

Baaghi was termed a biopic on Qandeel Baloch, a Pakistani social media celebrity who suffered a brutal death at the hands of her own brother, who termed it as an 'honour killing'. Later, an honour killing bill was passed for this to end.

The latest show which is a biopic of Qandeel, 'Baaghi', is receiving mixed reviews on YouTube. It premiered on 27th July and very soon, started trending amongst drama watchers.

The show has a strong cast featuring Saba Qamar as Qandeel, Sarmad Khoosat and Ali Kazmi doing the lead roles.

The supporting cast also consists of big names like Osman Khalid Butt, Yasir Nawaz, Nimra Khan as Qandeel's sister and Yasir Hussain.

Let's see if Baaghi is able to raise any awareness in society regarding the issue of 'honour killing' and leaving death to the hands of God unless a person has physically harmed someone. We hope to see the drama do wonders! Another great initiative by Farooq Rind!
