ISLAMABAD – Foreign Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif has left for China on a day-long visit. Officials of the Foreign Ministry and Chinese Ambassador saw him off at the Noor Khan Air Base.

National Security Adviser Nasser Khan Janjua is accompanying the Foreign Minister. The Foreign Minister will have a meeting with his Chinese counterpart tomorrow.

The two sides will review bilateral relations and regional developments, including the situation in Afghanistan.
