Kami Sid, Pakistan’s latest viral sensation who is causing a hullabaloo in the entertainment industry, is not only gaining popularity because he’s famous; but also because she is a social activist adamant on breaking all barriers.
Kami has been fighting for the rights of transgenders since a very long time, and finally got his big break.
This time, she has created history by being the first transgender model publicly working for mainstream media.
Transgenders are usually not easily accepted in Pakistani society, let alone the workplace. However, Kami is set to break all of these stereotypes and is actively participating in discussions and conferences, as well as getting photoshoots done.
Kudos to this brave soldier who isn’t scared of anything/anyone at all!
