Doodh jalebi is one of the famous delicacies of the country to try in the winter season as people flock to sweet shops to treat themselves to hot bowls of jalebi soaked in milk.
Since his appointment, the 65-year-old diplomat has been to different parts of the South Asian country where he mingled with locals, visited local eateries, stopped to buy things from food vendors and traveled in a train.
