LAHORE – Recently Peshawar Zalmi captain Darren Sammy came to Pakistan for the Kit Launch Ceremony. He landed at Islamabad International Airport and was received by Mr. Javed Afridi. Without any doubt, he was overwhelmed by the response he got from our country.
Darren has fallen in love with Pakistan’s hospitality so much that any criticism coming Pakistan’s way invoked a zero-tolerance zone for him.
He told a social media user “get off my page” when he was faced by toxic comments regarding Pakistan.
Furthermore, Darren thanked franchise owner Javed Afridi.
In a tweet sharing a photo of him with Javed Afridi, Darren Sammy said, “Nothing but love for u brother and your people.”
He went on to say “United we stand divided we fall. Let love make the world go round.”

The Pakistan Super League 2019 edition, PSL 2019, is scheduled to take place from February 14 to March 17 2019. The tournament, which is officially labelled as ‘HBL PSL 2019’ and formally referred to as ‘PSL 4’, would kick off in the UAE but the last eight matches would be played in Pakistan.
