CHANDIGARH (Web Desk) – An elderly couple was dragged and slapped by their neighbour at their mobile shop in Chandigarh.
According to OneIndia, the heavily-drunk youth targeted the old couple over an unsettled dispute over his handset.

While other shopowners stood as mute spectators, the man barged into their shop and started hitting the lady. When her husband tried to stop him, he thrashed him too.
The drunk man also threatened to kill the entire family if they went to the police.
Taking the CCTV footage as a proof of the violence, the Chandigarh Police have arrested the man.
