ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – A meeting chaired by Finance Minister Ishaq Dar in Islamabad today reviewed financial matters of Pakistan International Airlines.
Secretary Aviation Division, Muhammad Irfan Elahi updated the meeting about comparative analysis of PIA’s performance in the fiscal years 2013-14 and 2014-15.
Speaking on the occasion, Finance Minister stressed the need for strict financial discipline and quality management to attain passenger and cargo service quality in accordance with international standards.
The meeting also discussed PIA corporatization bill, which is to be tabled before the joint sitting of the parliament.
