PESHAWAR (Web Desk) – As many as 84,420 candidates are in run for 41,762 seats in Local Bodies elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) as polling takes place on Saturday.
Polling will start at 08:00 am and continue till five pm without any break.
The elections at Village and Neighbourhood Councils will be held on non-party basis whereas on party basis at Tehsil and District Council level.
11,211 polling stations have been set-up where more than 13 million registered voters to elect their representatives.
A comprehensive security plan has been put at place to ensure peaceful atmosphere to the voters on the polling day.
