Lahore/Quetta (Web Desk) – The residents of various cities including Lahore, Quetta, Islamabad and Rawalpindi are facing severe problem of low gas pressure, which has made their lives miserable.
According to residents, they were unable to cook anything at home. They had to stand in long queues outside restaurants and tandoors during breakfast and dinner times, therefore, the residents are now forced to use firewood to cook food.
The citizens have demanded the authorities concerned to take immediate steps for regularising the gas supply to their areas. An official of SNGPL said the problem was due to the difference in demand and supply.
In the provincial capital of Balochistan the situation is no different. With the onset of winter residents of Quetta are left braving the extreme cold without any gas to fire their heaters due to the low pressure.
