LAHORE – Prime minister Nawaz Sharif underwent medical checkup at a private hospital in Lahore early Saturday.
According to media reports, the premier went to a hospital in Gulberg after a minor pain in his stomach where the doctors performed a computed tomography (CT) scan.
After the check-up, the physicians felt satisfied over premier’s health and sent him home. Reportedly, Nawaz Sharif headed to hospital in two vehicles without any security protocol owing to which the routine flow of traffic in provincial capital was not disturbed.
Earlier in 2016, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif went to London for an open-heart surgery and returned home after 48 days.
